Use This Form To Report A Traffic Incident

    Residents that observe traffic problems that could endanger lives or property are encouraged by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department to report those incidents. If there is a pattern of behavior they could be aware of and catch the culprits in action that should be communicated. If several residents report the same car involved in several incidents the problem will be addressed. Please use the attached form to communicate these problems. The form will be emailed to the dispatchers computer at the Sheriff’s Office. Please do not take this lightly. If we abuse this process it will not be available to us in the future.
